1. All Sales Are Final
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened, used, or unsealed. This policy ensures the highest level of safety and product integrity for all our customers.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@uvitahub.com or call us at +1 (347) 285-0643. To process your claim, we may request photos of the product and packaging as proof. Once verified, we will either replace the item at no additional cost or issue a store credit/refund (at our discretion).
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: Opened or partially used supplements Products without original packaging or seal Expired products reported after the return window
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the error is on our side.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order will be treated as a final sale.
